It's quite unfortunate that he is a continuationist, because I like him as person. I'd like to hear more on why he has this stance even though I don't agree with it.

Heresy. Tongues is not anything but a human language, anything else is Demonic.
The devil made a mockery of it within the church, and they do not test the spirit nor ask/use discernment to seek the truth. That "tototototo" nonsense is not tongues. That is the devil having a laugh. Listen to what this man said because he spoke it as is in scriptures
