The only one I’ve had survive (of say 10) was confirmed less than 3 mins in the water. Grandies did CPR until ambulance arrived, 15 mins from a reasonable size hospital… it’s always awful.

And what about when he said so one ever survived a cardiac arrest with potassium over 11 ? If you have a patient with a potassium over 11 is that a reason you would stop CPR ?
