What is this flyover for in Gurugram? 🤔

People in the comment section don't seem to know the facts. They're blindly abusing Gadkari and the government without understanding the project. This isn't a government flyover-it's a foot overbridge being built by DLF with its own funds. It will connect Cyber City Metro Station, DLF Atria, the Haryana Income Tax Office, Cyber Hub, and several corporate offices. I travel this route to my office every day, and there's heavy traffic because thousands of people cross the road on foot. This foot overbridge is meant to improve pedestrian safety and reduce traffic congestion. DLF has already built several such foot overbridges in Gurugram. At least let the project be completed before judging it.

This is for pedestrian crossing which is under construction and much needed for traffic. Great initiative.

If this is for pedestrian then it is a game changer. This is the exact area where a lot pf people even today cross a highway to go to the udyog vihar side. They are forced to actually. This should have been there 10 years back.

Pathetic planning. This junction deserves a properly designed grade-separated interchange. Unfortunately, GMDA continue to approve substandard plans that ignore basic traffic engineering principles, ensuring congestion remains a permanent feature rather than solving it.

It clearly states foot over bridge there. The sliding column is diagonaly set on which metal beams or columns shall be placed. Then the bridge will be formed and stay above road. Infact much above the road
