The bag is Parenteral Nutrition solution, the white pouch is lipids, the yellow amino acids, and the clear glucose. It's how nutrition is given intravenously.

Actually, her procedure wasn’t very professional. She didn’t wear gloves throughout the entire process. After the syringe fell onto the floor, she simply bent down to pick it up, and she didn’t disinfect it afterward either.

Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) The right clear liquid should be saline, other mineral, amino acid and/or carbohydrate solution. The central yellow (fluorescence) color comes from Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). The left milky solution is fat emulsion.
