That's a nothing burger, doesn't have anything to do with us. It effects the Federal Reserve only. That law went into effect in 1913, and all that is stating is that on 10/1/23 it is going to be renewed.

Nothing new here! This has been the law for decades. Same exact wording

It says right below there passed in dec 1913, ie when the congress formed the federal reserve. It probably just gets renewed every fiscal year.
