That was very common street food when I traveled through Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan .. in a sort of English translation they call them “milk filled lungs” and they usually use goat, lamb, sheep or cow lungs in other regions. Really tasty and spongy stuff and some places flavor the milk with spices
