My question is how clean is she?

When I was a personal trainer, the first thing a client would say is, ‘I want to get in shape’. My response was always the same, ‘which shape do you mean’?

She is fat. The question people are answering is “is this fat woman attractive or not?” She’s very attractive for a fat woman, but she’s fat none the less.
