Tip of the iceberg. There is a lot of toxicity in dental colleges. Maximum HOD's especially in OMFS are toxic. Someone should also look into the History of Dr. Yogesh Bharadwaj in Shimla...he had multiple "allegations" of sexual harrassment against him.

@amaira1204 PGI Rohtak , undoubtedly one of the most inhumane institution in India and they treat people, the irony .

My daily USMLE/PLAB/AMC motivation

𝐀 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 ‘𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒐’ Americans of all political affiliation suddenly woke up realize they agree that their healthcare system is inherently cruel and produces unnecessary misery. ★ NEW ARTICLE ⬇️

This issue is there in every college, the assistants push their work to PG's, senior PG's push their work to freshers. The toxicity goes on..how can a fresher do all the work of 10-14 assistants. @thinak_ Health care dept is too toxic.

The real issue is the college culture. Seniors think juniors are there to do their work. I've heard of students not allowed to leave the hospital post-shift because "leaving early spoils habits." Oh, and first-years paying seniors' bills? Apparently a tradition.

One of the many reasons I didn't want to become a surgeon in this country It's a noble branch but not in india

Toxicity is everywhere but this is the most toxic among them all I thought to aspire this course with a thought that this is the most satisfying and healthy work culture where people work in association but idk why juniors are torchered like its some curriculum of the course.
