What is your thoughts Is this normal

This is the most normal thing in every Indian office 😂 AC at 18°C, outside 35°C, and the only heating system available is filter coffee / chai. Can't switch off AC, can't stop work, so we just sit there shivering like it's Shimla while drinking tea like it's a survival strategy. Corporate life be like: “Freezing? Have some tea and open another Excel sheet.” ☕🥶
