@DrewYetti People point to men “not helping women” as proof that chivalry is gone. If chivalry were truly dead, men wouldn’t still be expected to initiate, pay, protect, provide, and sacrifice to earn female approval, and society wouldn’t consistently prioritize women’s needs over men’s.

I saw a video of a woman in a parking lot with her child and a guy said something to her--exactly what is unknown, but it wasn't threatening. She freaks out, yells at him to leave her alone, then gets in her car to record her experience. It is safer to just not to offer to help.

She does one good thing in her life and feels like running to the Internet to tell everyone about it.

This is the type of face that would have her parents trying to bribe American GIs to take off their hands.

If I helped and somehow one of us slipped and something bad happened to the child. I'll get sued. As a man, we're always the one to blame.

If a man had offered help, her video would have complained about how an ugly man had tried to hit on her by offering to help her.

I think if I'm giving a fair and honest assessment 304 culture killed chivalry more so than feminism. And feminism helped bury it. To clarify men still acknowledge the knights code, but that's a combat/honor thing. Schopenhauer laid it out well.
