Lagos/Calabar roads without security or food is development ? Whatever happened to investing in manpower and other factors of production. Electricity and affordable fuel and rehabilitation of our major highways would have been better.

He is very correct. A serious country will not spend 400B on Hajj even as students must pay back loans. A serious country will not spend 15 trillion on a coastal road without an open and competitive bid. We are desperately unserious.
