That's my normal state. What boosts it - new sensations, impressions, thoughts and ideas.

What triggers my creativity? Inspiration, i create in visions and ideas, when i see a concept and i can envision and feel it and get inspired. That's when i cook, But i also like bad ideas and sharing them with others 😎

As far as I concern, creativity is destroying the existing things and regain the space, then replacing with something more appropriate aligned with the time and that transcend the time and space.
