Kevin, you were living good. Some of us of Caribbean descent bawled when we came home from school to cow foot and rice for dinner. The most gelatinous, sticky, substance you never wish to eat. I bawled eye water every time.

Chitlins... Cleaned my first bucket when i was 6. I didn't know what I chitlin was or why they stank so badly. When I was 8 my dad finally explained to me where chitlins come from and why they smell so bad. I ain't been right in the soul since.
