This is the situation of the Ayensu River running through the Mankrong and Kwanyarko communities. These innocent citizens have never experienced their river polluted to this level. The water treatment plant is shut down as a result and about 11 districts in the central region have no access to potable water. The women have to fetch this water sometimes and cook the water for hours before they can drink. Painful part is, they do no mining in these communities. They are only suffering the impact of mining from 100s of kilometers away. This NDC Government won the 2024 elections largely on the back of Galamsey and the inability of the NPP government to win the fight. I always insisted the NDC were enabling Galamsey the reason it became a difficult fight for the NPP. Today, the situation is worst, our water bodies have been invaded 3times fold and it’s deteriorating at an alarming rate. We call on government to quickly fulfil the promises made to the people. They were just a 6 promises. At least they shld implement this and fail then we know they have made the efforts. For now, they deny the situation is worst, they are buying gold from the Galamseyers, their party people in some areas are leading the onslaught on our river bodies, The government has a laid back attitude to the fight and simply doing the same things already in place when they took office. There is little hope at the moment and we are counting of the NDC government to change this. #GalamseyEnablers

When you learn the fundamental law it is important to get in front of your government servants in the presence of the people to teach both the people and your servants that the people have all the power , that your trustees are there to benefit the people , to tell them where they are falling in danger of maladministration, what the law is and how to correct it. It is in exercising your power and right that brings forth a paradigm shift like none you’ve seen before. Doing this flips your local state and federal government back to the people as the people learn and start joining you in speaking the law. It becomes no longer about complaining about the issues but using your power and authority as it is written to correct and bring the change necessary to secure our republic for yourself and for the common good of all. This is not only our right but our duty to teach our trustees what their job is. Many say they won’t listen or live in fear of what they may do, but as you can see here I spoke in front of police officers and our trustees and I was not detained or restrained from standing on my authority. I also was not called a sovereign citizen and the outcome of getting the people to stand with me in signing those notices and serving them made our county board do right by the people and not pass the mandate. There’s a reason Ben Franklin said “ a republic if you can keep it”. He was saying it’s on the people to maintain what they secured for you. The people need to show back up and run their nation the way our founders laid out in all 51 constitution they penned. Everyone is searching for remedy but most don’t look in the 50 state constitutions that expressly declared our power authority and rights. Your remedy is there, the only question is will you use it? These two videos are of IT Park, Dehradun, one from 2020 and one from this year. In both, it looks as if a river stream is flowing right through it. Isn’t it? Because it is a river stream. Until 2003, it was a seasonal stream that eased the pressure on the main river when the flow was too great. A few years of weak monsoons, the stream ran dry, and humans decided to build infra over its bed. They forgot what it once was, but the river never forgot. Now, almost every year, she returns, reclaiming her land, cutting through concrete, and reminding everyone that her path is not ours to take.

Your country has a constitution, it has a government, it has a police service, and it has a ruling party. I am sure you can see that some of the people there are actually wearing ruling party T-shirts. It is lawless regardless of whoever does it. It is an embarrassment to South Africa as a country, what you are doing and what you are encouraging people to do. Your country has an immigration service. If people are in your country illegally, they should be arrested and deported through lawful processes. You do not go around destroying property, tearing down markets, and attacking people. It is illegal regardless of whoever does it. It is not illegal because I have said so. It is illegal because the laws of your country make it so. This is vigilantism, pure and simple, and it is tainting the reputation of South Africa, not only across Africa but across the world. If you have got satellite television in your home, you can see that these actions are being reported everywhere. It is not good for your country.
