hugely under utilised machine imo

Be careful with that dismount

Erectors and ass

🎯

Spinal erectors and glutes

it works more than one muscle... but spinal erectors and glutes, but what people don't understand, is that it's probably one of the best "prehab" movements you'll ever do for your back. Should be everywhere. I love that machine.

10lbs of muscle to your Posty Chain overnight

We have one made by Louie Simmons. Fantastic machine! Here, Dave Ziegler talks about the history of it during his Guest Pass series.

Low back pain curer Wish more gyms had these

This is a goated machine

Vintage vibes. Modern physique. #bodybuilding #oldschool #workout #classicphysique #coach

Some of these comments 😂 added a rvs hyper to my garage earlier this year, love it

The lower back

Booty?

Should be the lower back?

Lower back. Erectors

Glutes and erector spinae

Lower back & glutes

Erectors and glutes

The inertia of ballzzz.

Glutes and lower back.

I really want to find a gym with this machine. I will pay for the membership just to use it a few times a week.

Lower back, glutes, even forearms at least.

I think I saw Donnie Thompson stretch a resistance band to put tension on the back of his head for these and raise his head at the top of the movement. With that added resistance he believed it crushed the entire posterior chain

Glutes baby!!!!
This reminds me of people in CrossFit doing “pull-ups”

Posterior chain ⛓️💥

Hey retards, the machine is supposed to swing and use momentum like that. If you dont know how the equipment works why would you comment?

Quadratus lumborum, erector spinae, gluteus maximus.

Not sure but do them regularly

With swinging it like that...mostly lats and hip flexors.

💯 Wrong. Lats maybe a tad bit not really

Abs and lower body plus back pain relief

Lower back Glute Hamstring

The stradious hyperbious I believe

Elbow flexors 🧐
