I’ll never understand how people can live in a country but vote to keep that country working in the interests of the South East of a neighbouring country. What is so bad about wanting the country you live in to control its own interests?

there is ‘national’ interest where Scotland is concerned precisely because she is a colony.. increasingly held against her will and gradually stripped of the means by which independence is realised. a fitting analogy would be that of an abused wife in a forced/arranged marriage.
