Ok, I'll explain - The part where the government wants to amend the constitution so it can do something the constitution already allows. Explain that. And then explain why they didn't legislate the voice first. Because they could have, and spent the last 12 months closing gaps instead of talking about having a referendum.

Where have you guys heard and seen this before? A black man from continent 1 is telling another black man from continent 2 how they need to govern themselves … yet the black man continent 1 can’t even govern his own people. I love the irony in that 🤔
