Interesting. My inital instinct here was that you were going to say this is an example of something visually better but worse at solving the problem. I figured the chocolatey donut imagery on the packaging was counterproductive to the "healthy bar" they're going for this may be why i'm not a designer tho

this is a great listen. another way i've heard is thinking of design as conversion optimisation - directing user behaviour towards what you'd actually want them to do. what do you think of this?
