This doesn't make any sense you see guys get tackled and make no attempt outside of jerking their head back and forth who the time. Thought they didn't even care about attempt if there was no prior anymore because they never call it.

Once the arm is free you have to try and kick the ball. Thats the rule. Nothing to do with prior.

That is HTB. But it happens so often, but not so obvious, and mostly not paid a free. Usually umpires just call a ball up within half a second of a tackle. #AFLCatsTigers
