When I lived in Minot, I regularly saw them moving / transporting components. Airforce would shut down intersecting roads and huge convoys were supporting the transport vehicle. Seems like a regular thing to me, if anything heightened security because of the current geopolitical status

This was reasonably common sight in oak ridge TN. If there is a manufacturing facility nearby, that would make sense. Warheads expire too so gotta cycle them out as well. If anything, this highlights the ever expanding size of the military industrial complex
