As many of you know, women who take HRT and still have their womb are required to take a type of progestogen, in addition to oestrogen. This is because, over time, taking oestrogen can lead to a buildup in the lining of your womb. When it comes to progestogen doses, as with all HRT, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to this, and it is important it's individualised based on your specific needs and symptoms. I talk more about this in this video. It is of course worth stressing that if you do have any concerns about vaginal bleeding, go get advice from your clinician.
