What should a modern AGI curriculum look like?

Ethically speaking this feels like it will be a degree in a new form of biology. I’ve found it strange for some time now watching a profit driven society describe something capable of learning and accomplishing great tasks as a mere “tool”, typically to make people feel less vulnerable in order to sell products. How much? in dollars If you want to appear this is not just a "how to make 100,000$ free online course" and have skin in the game, also release the courses (at least partial) on youtube as well otherwise to me this is just one of those cases where someone makes a course for money

I gave a look over the curriculum, seems to be a serious attempt at it. My litmus test for this if I can ask: Does the program actually tackle foundational questions, 3 come to mind: "What is understanding?" "What is thought?" "What is a mind?" If so I might be interested

This looks very interesting, and a way to educate and enlighten at the same time. What you've created here through these information sessions seems to me to be a way for people to start looking at the world and consciousness differently. AI has already transformed so much for so many. I imagine AGI or whatever one wants to call it, will continue to evolve our way of looking at ourselves as conscious beings. It's such a revelationary time.

Is the curriculum listed anywhere? Conceptually, what would such an university even do? Consume science fiction and spin up agents?

I'm curious who baselines generalization and if you generalize generalization is that actual intelligence or baselining your version of it 🤔 Predisposition of human intellect says we can generalize across disciplines but we are taught generalization as 99 percent of intelligence is in single lanes From my take on AGI code foundations and the frontier as it exists and thought of right now is only the basis of cross domain transfer Where the higher level is remainders of invariants and where those representations change Intelligence doesn't equal generalization Human creation of generalization in a single sentence right now is: How many disciplines can you solve But the farther more valid question would be How rapidly can you discover that two things nobody told you were related and are manifestations of the same deeper structure and then prove exactly how far that equivalence goes 🤷👌💪
