She didn't have a choice getting to the US, but broke the law. She's been here for enough time that it should count for something. Her Dad is being sent back, she can go with him & apply to return w/a student visa, go to college & do things for her residency the right way. 🤷‍♂️

What does "much like an American" mean?? She clearly states her loyalty lies with Mexico.

Honestly, just follow the law. No one should get special treatment—rules gotta apply to everyone.

I mean she can get a green card and still live here as a proud Mexican. My wife refuses to get citizenship here because she loves her country and just lives here legally. This isn't rocket science. Be who you want, live in the boundaries of law. That's it.

She's been here since she was four (assuming that's true) and she knows she isn't here legally... She's had plenty of time to get a greencard.

She should be deported if she's illegally here in the US. This is not hard.
