I spent 20 years of my adult life doing traditional post work, motion graphics, and visual effects. I learned Blender and Unreal Engine, I spent countless days / weeks of my life modeling in 3D and rendering. I'm having more fun now than I ever have. My advice to you: Stay in your own lane. Lead with positivity. Stop being a sad troll. You post and repost other people's work all the time and never share your own? I hope you find happiness :)

Honestly, the overall shot choices, commitment to style, character consistency, and your creative eye for visually engaging shot composition, are all quite impressive. AI or not, it does require a distinguishing eye to pick the right shots, clip each section to match up with the beat, and a creative vision to carry the project to it's end in a way that stay consistent through out. Nice work!

I see it this way, if the art world can see tipping over buckets of sand in an art galley / taping a banana to a wall as art, then this most definitely qualifies as well. Art is not and has never been defined as Valid by weather or not some people may find it's means of creation / style to be controversial, in fact quite the opposite. Almost all types of art at one time or another through out time have been criticized for either there style or there means of creation, for instance, way back in the day there were paints made form the bodies of ancient mummies that were dug up illegally and crushed into pigment. Many reputable artist of that era used those paints, and by todays standard in civilized society we would see that as an abhorrent practice to do such a thing, but we don't look back at the art that used such paints or styles as "not art" today most still hang in museums and are admired, and even if some eccentric artist that is a media darling did use such a paint for some type of avant-garde piece in the modern day, people might criticize it, but if it speaks to an audience, again it would not be shunned as not art. Yes, it is true that some art require more time and effort than other forms, but if it speaks to and audience and makes them feel something even if it's just inspiration to do somthing of their own then on matter the contaversial nature of it, it is art.

@runwayml The workaround is use up to 15s of audio on a blank / black 720p video but audio as input is coming soon to Runway!

@runwayml would be so cool that on the “keyframes” section, to be able to include: - the video reference as start frame - an image (or more) to soft-reference hope one day soon that’s possible 🙏 but anyway with what we have right now it’s already more than enough

@JamianGerard @runwayml Up to 15s, but right now the workaround is to add the audio to a black / blank video file at 720p res. Don't do 15s on the dot, aim for 14.5 max just to play it safe.

@runwayml We're going to support direct audio uploads soon. For now, the workaround is to use the audio in a blank video sequence and upload a 15s or less 720p video that has the audio baked in.

@runwayml ok thanks, i have just cut a 15sec blank vid 'clip' with just the music, but it now states that it exceeds 15secs and generate is greyed out. can i dm you ?

@runwayml Try making the video 14s and like 12 frames. What i did for mine was break it up into a bunch of sections so i could avoid this (for now)

@awesome_visuals @runwayml If it’s exactly 15s try making it a bit shorter. Seedance is funky and it reads 15s as slightly longer so it will throw an error. 14.5s should work!

@runwayml I get it - at the end of the day this was ultimately a workflow test that I got sucked into and wanted to share more broadly to show what is possible with current tools!

@runwayml no worries, just the crux of the "thought to flowstate" 4 hour production window. You got so focused on the method, you didn't give yourself a moment to attach it to something more lyrically meaningful, which would have elevated this output.
