I have had no sugar for over a month. Then I got pizza. The sauce was so sweet it made me realize I can no longer eat to-go pizza. Dang I love a quick pizza stop How many other things store bought am I eating full of sugar? Good thing cooking is something I love. Read ingredients

so the problem is 3 things . Gmo, chemicals, government subsidizes that focus our food into uses a select few foods list Soy, corn, and others.. all GMO from their buddies.. and they use chemicals from their other friends.. ITS NOT SUGAR!!!

Reminds me of Jack LaLanne. The grandfather of fitness spent decades informing people to steer clear of sugar, and that sugar was the route to disease and poor health. Jack LaLanne was way ahead of his time. We should all be grateful for him
