I'd have just done the galactic lensman. The books that inspired the comic book. You can take some license with them as they're old, few people have read them, and they're hardly masterpieces. Alternatively, instead of doing True Detective green lantern, instead do Training Day Green Lantern. And I agree. The scene where everyone is chanting holding their rings up. Should happen.

You're rushing things! Did the 2011 GL movie teach you nothing after it flopped? You have to get people familiar with the characters; not everyone knows Green Lantern lore DC fans do, but the general public doesn't, and they’re the ones who drive the majority of box offive sales

this NEEDS to be what's delivered to us in the 2nd season, i love a good detective story but they're draggingggggg it and it's supergirls fault because they lost so much money that could've been properly allocated here 😭😭😭

They could’ve kept the mystery detective thing js put it in space where there actually fighting aliens and using there powers not in some beat up brown outfit in some small town it’s so simple

so simple , imagine how coolness of travel from planet to planet unraveling a mystery instead of the same 3 locations in the same dust covered town. can keep the story while making the setting a character as well like "i wonder where well be next" not "oh hey...rushville"
