What the FLOCK?!

It’s bad but the 2027 mandate from Section 24220 of the 2021 Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA). That requires all new passenger vehicles sold in the US to include “advanced impaired driving prevention technology”- primarily driver monitoring systems (DMS) using infrared cameras (often in the steering column or A-pillar) to track eye 👁️ movement, head position, gaze direction, eyelid activity, & pupil dilation, among other signs of drowsiness, distraction, or impairment is even worse!

I wrote an article about this FLOCK propagation with links to maps of locations. It's bigger than you think, and it's a private company. The government is just a customer, presumably to avoid FOIA attempts.
