Also with 10 seconds left. ND ran a play... the clock never started. Penn State then immediately called a time out, and the clock jumped up to 12 seconds.

Idk why Penn St didn’t have to use a time out here, player hurt(hopefully he’s ok) under two mins

They didn't stop the clock after the QB got the first down. College football clock stops after a first down to move the chains.
