Hard to believe some of this footage. These are giant propane tanks that floated down the Swannanoa River, landed ON TOP of my friend’s business, and caved the roof in after the water receded. Cadaver dogs were out here for two days signaling there was a body. $0 from #FEMA.

Apparently it was night and the car's lights were not on. But why did they swap? The officer asked the passenger for his DL, and when he ran it, there was a warrant. So now what?
