Hard to believe some of this footage. These are giant propane tanks that floated down the Swannanoa River, landed ON TOP of my friend’s business, and caved the roof in after the water receded. Cadaver dogs were out here for two days signaling there was a body. $0 from #FEMA.

Couple swaps seats when they get pulled over. This couple swapped seats when the officer pulled them over—you can see her buckling her seat belt. Apparently it was night and the car's lights were not on. But why did they swap? The officer asked the passenger for his DL, and when he ran it, there was a warrant. So now what? I don’t know what kind of charges you can get for this kind of stunt. Parts 2–5 in comments below.
