He had prior arrests for rape, burglary, and unauthorized entry, but the charges were dismissed. 22-year-old Jeremiah Taylor was taken into custody after detectives released photos and received tips from the public identifying his location. Before Taylor was arrested in connection with the rape of the 94-year-old woman, a warrant was issued for his arrest on violation of protective order charges.
