What the Night Sky on Mars may look like...

Don't we have a high-def rover there right now? Why doesn't it just, you know, take a picture?

May look like? They say we have rovers on Mars but they don’t have the tech to take long exposure photos. Not that it’d need to be that long really, there’s no light pollution, so it’s only gotta be a five second exposure to show the night sky in full detail. No rovers on Mars.

Seriously, can we get a definitive answer on this? Like they said the cameras on the rover aren’t utilized for viewing the sky, can the next probe or rover they send over answer this question lol
