Great advice but I think most people who get raped first go through fear, shock, anger, then denial. Before ever thinking of evidences.

Evidence is the most important. The law would rather set 100 "guilty men" free than jail an innocent man due to failure to meet burden of proof. PS: DNA evidence of the perpetrator is more likely to be found through a vaginal swab rather than urine, as the vagina and urethra are separate openings.

This is one sided tho, what if a boy is being raped ? What should he do? What should a young girl do? And also if you are falsely accused by someone of sexual assault or rape, what should you do? How can you make the person a big scapegoat lawfully?

This is what we have been reduced to, women are being taught the aftercare of rape because men have refused to respect humans other than themselves. We are living with degenerates worse than animals who are breathing and thriving alongside us. Animal kingdom 101, let’s all be mad
