Anything you do in this life always pause from time to time and ask yourself "why am I doing this"?

This is not exercise . This will cause blunt trauma to your organs in a long run. This is not just dangerous but deadly. If you open GoFundMe we will not donate.

This could be life-threatening and is not recommended at all. Here are some potential complications that could happen: 1. Spleen rupture - The spleen is vulnerable to trauma as it is a highly vascular organ. Being struck forcefully could lead to a laceration or rupture, causing severe internal bleeding into the abdominal cavity. This is a medical emergency requiring hospitalization, fluids, blood transfusion, and potential splenectomy. 2. Liver laceration - The liver could also be lacerated if the force of the blow is excessive. This risks significant hemorrhage and may require surgical repair. Liver injuries can lead to hemorrhagic shock. 3. Kidney contusion - The kidneys could be contused (bruised), leading to blood in the urine (hematuria) and severe back pain. This can impair kidney function. 4. Intestinal injury - Being struck forcefully could potentially rupture the intestines or mesenteric vessels. This would require emergency surgery to repair perforations and stop bleeding. 5. Abdominal wall/muscle damage - There could be tears or hematomas in the abdominal muscles and connective tissue, causing prolonged pain and disability. 6. Vertebral fractures - Excessive force could potentially fracture the lumbar vertebrae. This can damage the spinal cord and lead to neurological deficits. Yes, core strengthening is important, but there are many safer and more effective ways to achieve this like Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training. It’s not wise to use dangerous abdominal strikes with heavy objects, as the risks are always more than any potential benefits.
