What was Aztec salsa like?

You can use olive oil to get the burning sensation off your hands from hot peppers. It happens to me all the time when I make stuffed jalapeños I really enjoy your videos!

I like the version that includes the charred hearts of enemy sacrifices. Can you make that one for us next? Prolly awesome on tortilla chips.

My grand mother is crying! Next time make all the peppers and tomatoes stay longer than n the fire until they are all black and soft… then smash all chilli until is a paste and carry on with 1 tomato at the time until there is no solids left.

That looks really good!!

I promptly went out and made a less spicy version. It is very good.

Based molli. Let the ingredients burn, the taste is better.

I wonder what local herbs and spices they used 🤔

😊❤️

Stop being a baby about the hot peppers

Bullshit. Tomatoes weren't in the Americas. Dumbfuck.

“Pain”
Citric acid. Turns out it neutralizes the capsaicin. Take a squirt of lemon juice and the burn vanishes super fast.

There is a Thai chilli paste you might like. It’s called nam prik noom. Green chilies, garlic and shallots, all charred on a charcoal grill then mashed with salt in a pestle and mortar (burnt skin removed).
