I know this area - it’s a slum. The guys should find a way to buy land and build low income houses for themselves. You can’t convert an area along a Federal highway to park, market, mosque, animal farm all in one. There is certainly insecurity around ALL slums in the world. It’s an eyesore. Even ElRufai will demolish it if it’s in Kaduna.
