Seen this happen before. told the Forman what was going 2 happen & as soon as his neighbor got up over trail tandem axel. it picked up the 1-ton truck rear end & jack-knifed it at the end of the drive way & out into on coming traffic & he jumped the PU 9-grand with the E-Brake on
