Especially if you are going to terminate a bottom N% because you've incentivized people to have dead weight on their teams. Ryan: "So you think a manager is strategically keeping around..." Bryan: "Oh, I know. So I mean, that definitely happened at Sun. For sure. I mean, there were people that were like, why are they still here? They don't seem to be doing anything...
