Those of us with curly hair primarily wear them bc it reduces the frizz in our hair or protects our curls from getting messed up in bed. But in general- I know a lot of folks that use them just because it protects hair from damage.

Hair bonnets are for HAIR, period. They’re not exclusive to one type of hair (or skin color). 🙄 They protect your hair from friction and breakage, preserve curls, balance greasy roots, or simply to just keep your hair out of your face.
