What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are.

This is clear example of first you need to see it. Imagining the thing happening and buy your potential you can overcome so many obstacles until the maximum of our potential ones you have seen it.

Sometimes the biggest limit isn’t ability, it’s the identity we got used to carrying. People protect an old version of themselves long after they’ve outgrown it.

I love watching and listening to you-so empowering. I wish you'd not do initiatives w/ Dean G. Because he comes across as an infomercial salesman/slick salesman and I don't trust that he has my best interests at heart. Very off-putting.

Pre stretched. Mental prepare for another round but further this time. This isn’t amazing. This is just logic.

Our limits are often just the stories we've rehearsed so many times they feel like facts. Change the identity you're holding onto, and suddenly that extra reach was always there....you just stopped believing you could. Seen it in my own life more times than I can count. The arm goes higher once the mind gets out of the way.

There’s so much we can change the moment we decide to shift a disempowering belief.

That's a profound insight. Our beliefs often shape our limits more than our actual abilities. Embracing a growth mindset can truly unlock potential.

Ran a root-cause analysis on belief as a performance variable in Q2. Our AEs underperformed not because of beliefs but because 3 legacy Zapier automations were sending them contradictory pipeline data. Fixed the automations. Our VP of People said "you can't fix people like they're software." She was right. So we replaced the

That’s the real constraint most people don’t see. Capability usually outruns belief—we just operate below our ceiling because of the story we’ve accepted about ourselves. Change the belief, and what felt “impossible” starts looking like timing and reps instead.

Too many people today are not well educated about what beliefs actually are. To be blunt, beliefs are simply IDEAS HELD BY THE MIND about yourself, the world, how things work and other people. Combined, they work like a program with rules and limitations. SOME, do NOT serve you

The finger pointing game is a bit of a scam but used to make a point. You know that if you stretch, and then repeat the movement, no matter your mindset, you can reach further with the second movement. I do hate manipulation. He did NOT get them to see the result in advance. Rather he set up a KNOW fact, that the second movement is ALWAYS greater than the first one because the first movement wakes up the muscles.
