Unfortunately, no one will come to you with money because you have huge corruption in African countries. It's like coming and giving you money for nothing. First deal with corruption, then look for investors.

With Africa's rich natural resource base we are still talking about money promised by other continents? Why o why..🙆🏿

Until such time Africans build investment confidence in themselves attracting investors won't be any easier. Africa needs to finance their own projects . Our 54 government can also print the money. Why are we looking at the outsiders to do that for us. @_AfricanUnion , @AfCFTA

What we don't have is: 1) Proper ethical and moral leadership committed to serving their country and it's people 2) Honesty 3) Transparency 4) Proper financial controls 5) Accountability 6) People with experience, knowledge, competence, skills and ability in key positions ...🙏🏽

... access to finance, finance from Africa, not from the West, and / or China.. Africa needs to build a bigger financial institution that is independent of these nations with its own settlement system and then ultimately get a currency in good time! Africa is too dependent!

What we don’t have enough or even at all,is sincere leaders and those who care about people, they only care about their pocket and family plus want to lord it over another

And you will rarely see comments from our African economists in support of such a statement.

Hey @WangariMuhoro @RigChiq might be of interest to KenGen @mucheke

Nonsense. What you don't have is a conscience & moral compass.

I beg to disagree sir. The finest brains in project preparation and development of resources are on this continent. I have been in project design, development, and implementation for 2 decades now. The key monster is corruption, weak leadership, and poor maintenance.

😂 blabla and blabla…

Good luck!

It's an opportunity to assist municipalities in Africa to develop bankable projects

All I here is: More concrete for Africa; less nature, independency, life, abundance, wildness, complexity, spontaneity, femininity, beauty and love for the African people! Egoic driven idiots.

Since the 50-ies europe is giving millions to Afrika, sends aid, gives developmentprojects . Where did this money go?

Confonderanno la sua con la valutazione del fratello

What we don't have are countries with citizen's rights bro.

In Africa not ethic in power, corrupts and terrorists have power and many are west world puppets only to live like us while the citizens are dying in starvation or poverty @_AfricanUnion Shame stop remain in silence just because in agrement

How true is this?

Why is capitalism not dead already?

Je crois rêver 🤬

@RoastHimJim

Factoid

Giving money to africa is like giving money to a drug addict, you hope it helps them but you know they wont use the money to help themselves

This comment is the very reason I went into project development with a special focus on energy and infrastructure. Going forward, my plan is to groom as many as possible while consulting as a project developer in as many situations across Africa as possible

Our Africa need Freedom first and rely on its money to make project unfortunately Africa has no money. Busy exchanging our resources for worthless paper, just because it has been validated by the west

Pure lie. Just that we have criminal minded looters who are more prepared to steal than to build.
