I used to work at a steakhouse. I can make a steak. Rare, medium rare, well, you name it! I can do it all 😎.

oddly i can grill, as it is an innate skill for guys, but beyond that i can make pasta and other typical veggies in a stir-fry fashion

depending how much time i got for it when i got a day prob Ramen or butter chicken if its an hour or so a quick stew for the dinner breakfast egg bacon toast or pancakes else eh you pick and il do the shopping and cooking
