This seems to be a very close one. I think Kindle the Inner Flame is a very obvious cut here, since it is kind of over-costed and you can’t really cast it for flashback anyways.

Throne and the efreet Throne is win-more and efreet does nothing

everyone is saying confluence, but they dont seem to know how good that card is to flip into like you can blink etali and ___goblin or you can get 2 colorless mana its not even that hard to cast because the deck makes a good amount of colorless mana so its not that hard to cast
