This woman moved into this beautiful apartment. She was grateful at how nice it was and the rent was actually very reasonable. Shortly after she moved in, she began to see why it was so cheap. The last tenant moved out because of a neighbor who named on the ceiling at all hours of the day as if they were on a timer. How would you handle a noisy neighbor like this, would you get petty and be noisier or just document and report to the management?

This mother was upset with her kid for leaving his clothes out on the stairs. She said she asked him to take his dirty clothes and put it in the washer machine and to do a load of laundry. She said he got mad and said no and started blaming her. She told him that he needs to come talk to her when he’s calm and not upset and they will discuss it. She said she is leaving his clothes right where they are. Me, personally, uhm- I would handle that in a completely different manner. What about you? Is this how you would handle your children leaving clothes out like that? Would you handle them the way she did if they back-talked you, got mad at you, was upset and blamed you?

There’s a lot of moving parts, like what they think of Kurtis Rourke, is certainly one part of it. But if Brock Purdy stays out there the entire season like he did in 2023, and plays at a very high level, will there be that discussion around Mac Jones that there was at the end of this season? The discussion around Mac Jones was all media driven that there was going to be this incredible market for trading him, but if Mac Jones doesn’t get off the sideline this coming season, is there any team that would view him as a starter in 2027? If there’s not a team willing to make Mac Jones a starter, that means that he’s a backup and he would get backup money. That’s what the 49ers would want him for to.
