This was in 2015, at the beginning of the war. The Yemeni capabilities were built afterwards, under the American-led airstrikes. 4 years later, in 2019, Yemen used it's newly built drones and missiles to bomb Aramco, which ended the military exchange between the American-led Saudi coalition and Yemen. Today, the USA itself is attempting to disable the Yemeni strike capabilities. It's possible that we will see again these absolutely non-nuclear bombs, and the absolutely not B61 ordinance used again.

These are tactical nukes. Notice the flimmer from the radiation. "israel" dropped 2 such bombs on Lebanon in 2006, then continued dropping on Yemen after 2015 in support of the US proxy war. They are dropping nukes and still losing every war.
