well that answers a lot of my questions. I can tell you this also, it doesn't have to be in person, nor do you have to even know the person. wow do i have stories.

Authenticity is what's missing and so important. When I get frustrated at the lies or the pace, I own it and I don't pretend I'm not. I likely won't post about it. But these feelings are at least honest. Which is rare from both sides. I can live with that
