South East Begins The Dredging Of Igbo Seaport In ABA, Abia State By Alex Otti Abia To Get Seaport As Otti Performs Ground Breaking Ceremony. Abia Governor, Dr Alex Otti, has announced plans to establish a seaport in the state. The project which will be located in Owazza, Ụkwa East LGA Abia state. The Obidient governor made this announcement at the ongoing South-East Security Summit in Owerri, Imo state. He also announced that the flag off of the seaport will be done together with the Abia industrial and innovation park, located on over 1,000 hectares of land. It would host multiple layers of businesses including modular refineries and petrochemical and fertiliser plants. He also revealed several other chains of enterprises that would take advantage of the oil and gas deposits in Ukwa, nearness to Aba and Port Harcourt cities.

In Abuja today, a foreign minister and prophetess, CindyJacobs who hasn’t been in Nigeria for 23 years called on Governor Alex Otti while ministering and prophesied about the great things happening in Abia and guess what? Everything she said was accurate. She had no idea that Governor Alex Otti would be attending the program and does not know him or Abia State. Governor Otti sees Former President Olusegun Obasanjo off as he departs after his visit to Abia. I can confidently say, it was truly worth it. Here are a few things I noticed from OBJ’s visit: He has a genuine heart for development. At 88, he’s still incredibly strong and energetic. He still speaks with clarity and wisdom — age hasn’t slowed him down. Thank you for visiting Abia, Baba! Big kudos to Governor Otti — you must be doing something right to attract a leader of such stature. If things weren’t going well in Abia, the former president wouldn’t have come. Keep up the good work, your excellency, sir!

Today, Doris Ogala, the AAC governorship candidate in Abia State, visited the office of the Abia State Structures for Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSSAA) to confirm that the new, crazy hike in campaign permit fees by Governor Alex Otti and his government is true! I struggle to believe that Governor Alex Otti would roll out such a harsh, undemocratic policy. N200m campaign fee for presidential candidates, N150m for governorship, N100m for senators? These can’t be said to be fees. The government is brazenly extorting money from politicians and encouraging corruption. It is so sad to see this coming from Abia State. Alex Otti should be different. Now, he leaves me with mixed feelings about his second tenure!✍️
