The post-script to this - Philadelphia did get Sacramento's #3 pick. They wound up trading that in a package to Boston for the #1 pick, which they used on Markelle Fultz. Boston, selecting #3 with the pick that was once Philly's (and Sacramento), picked Jayson Tatum.
