And then he wanted DHS funding. And then he wanted Penn Station and Dulles Airport named after him. And when people would say to me, “Why don’t you just do it?” I found that offensive. Because this isn’t his money. This is the people’s money. This is money that Congress said should be put to work for the people of this country.
