My after sales experience is too bad, shouldn't take this much time just to replace bunch of cables. Looks like Ola is not providing parts to replace even when I'm paying for it. @atherenergy @tvsmotorcompany @chetakofficial classic example of what not to do in a company.

My bike is breakdown since more than 28 days after several complaints to call centre and social media platform like “X” only received reply that “Your complaint has been logged, and a customer support representative will contact you via your registered phone number.” I am waiting

In last six month more than 136 days my S1 is at service center. But no service provided.

1. No service No charging points if they're also not working,Bike parts are also not available at all.4.Customer care support is one taking serious about service 6. For customers' relative bike issues, no responsible people are there for resolving them.

Your Ola scooter only offers enough range to reach the Ola workshop Then you already know what happens to the scooter after it goes to the workshop. You make it your property and keep it with you for 2-3 months, let the customer go to hell. @bhash @OlaElectric @nitin_gadkari

No parts in the Ola factory, so no service for 1 month. Now services are completely closed. Near my location, all stores are closed. I highly recommend to people: don’t buy Ola bikes. If you are buying Ola bikes, you will be at high risk.
